Standard Delivery is £1.50 for orders under £17

At Tiebandz we offer FREE DELIVERY on all our Tiebandz orders (UK only) for orders of £17.00 and over. Our Free Delivery service usually takes 2-5 working days.

Alternatively, if you would like you order as soon as possible we offer EXPRESS DELIVERY which will cost £3.50 and you will receive your order within 1-2 working days.

For INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY we can deliver from £4.00 excluding any VAT and customs duties. 

Lost parcels

We must be informed of parcels that have not arrived as soon as possible.  Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due.


Please ensure that the email address you supply is correct.  All order confirmations will be sent to this address and it is your responsibility that your mailbox is in proper working order.

 Returns policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return of the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We suggest you use a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will then be able to send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please note that refunds can take up to 28 days to process.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item then please send us an email to
